By accessing or using BeTheBuffalo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You are responsible for:

- •Notifying us of any unauthorized access
3. License Grant (What You CAN Do)
- Use for classroom or homeschool education
- Display content on projectors and screens
- Print worksheets for your students
- Create anonymous student avatars
- Access all features included in your subscription
4. Restrictions (What You Can NOT Do)
- Share or resell your account access
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Use content for commercial purposes outside education
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
5. Intellectual Property
All content including stories, characters, artwork, curriculum materials, and software is owned by BeTheBuffalo and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the content for educational purposes only.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed according to your chosen plan. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
BeTheBuffalo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeTheBuffalo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
