Be The Buffalo provides evidence-based, trauma-informed SEL resources for mental health professionals working with children. Our name draws on a powerful therapeutic metaphor: buffalo face storms head-on rather than running away. This mirrors the resilience we help children build—the courage to face difficult emotions and life challenges with healthy coping skills.
